1. Scope
These terms apply to yayindunyamiz.com.tr and its forms. By using the site or signing in with Discord you accept these terms and our community rules; how your personal data is processed is explained in the privacy notice. To sign in you must meet the minimum age in Discord's terms (13 in Türkiye); the whitelist is for players aged 15 and over. The Turkish version prevails.
2. Account and sign-in
You sign in with your Discord account; no separate password is created. You are responsible for your account. Signing in with someone else's account, sending forms on someone else's behalf or using alternate accounts is not allowed.
3. Forms
Enter true information about yourself; do not have someone else write your form, enter other people's data, or send insults, hate speech or illegal content. Applications are decided at the discretion of community management; acceptance is not guaranteed. The ban appeal form is only for bans from our Discord server; for game server bans, open a support ticket on Discord.
4. Community rules and sanctions
The rules on the Rules page apply on our servers. Breaking them can lead to warnings, removal of the whitelist, or temporary or permanent bans. The rules are updated when needed; the version published on the site applies.
5. Staff and form readers
People authorised to read forms may only use the information to review applications and may not share it by screenshot, copy or any other means. Anyone who breaks this rule loses their access.
6. Coins, levels and items
Coins, levels and inventory items are virtual records of the bot on our Discord server, for fun within the community only. They have no value or equivalent; they cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for anything, and cannot be claimed back when an account is deleted or the system is closed. Coins are earned through activity in the community; details are on our Discord server.
The coin system's sections on the site (Market, Leaderboard, My account) are currently closed. Coins and items earned by cheating, exploiting bugs or breaking the rules can be taken back.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, the Yayın Dünyamız logo and the editing and narration of the guide videos belong to Yayın Dünyamız; they may be shared with a link but not copied, re-uploaded, modified or used commercially without permission. The rule texts are written by Yayın Dünyamız; names and concepts from the SCP Foundation universe come from the SCP Wiki and that content is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/). Game footage and screenshots come from SCP: Secret Laboratory and belong to Northwood Studios. Other trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, try to break its security, access other people's data or management areas, or overload it with automated tools. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to [email protected].
9. Liability
The site is run by volunteers, free of charge and "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damage from using the site or its temporary unavailability; liability for intent and gross negligence and your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account and forms on My forms at any time. Access and permissions of people who break these terms can be removed.
11. Governing law and changes
Turkish law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights. These terms are updated when needed; the current version is on this page.
